Desiree Lowry competed at Miss Universe 1995 where she placed at the Top 6. She is now the National Director of Miss Universe Puerto Rico.

Justine Pasek became Miss Universe 2002 after the actual winner Oxana Federova was dethroned. She is now the National Director Señorita Panamá.

Melinda Bam competed at Miss Universe 2012 where she placed at the Top 10. She is now the National Director of Miss Universe South Africa.

Silvia Lakatosova competed at Miss Universe 1994 where she placed at the Top 6. She is now the National Director of Miss
Universe Slovak Republic.

Stella Marquez de Araneta was the first Miss International titleholder when it was established in 1960. She also placed Top 15 at Miss Universe 1960.  After her marriage to George Araneta who is a Filipino citizen, she now chairs the Binibining Pilipinas charities who hold the franchise of Miss Universe pageant.
