This is an analysis of the number
of years for a country to complete the Big Three (Miss International, Miss
Universe and Miss World) prior to the establishment of Miss Earth in 2001.
It was a piece of cake for the
Argentinians to complete the Big Three in just seven years.
It was a neck to neck performance
with the Brazilians who completed the Big Three in just eight years and as we
all know Brazil on the other hand was the first country to finish the Big Four.
It surprises me that the Pageant
Powerhouse Venezuela took 30 years to complete the Big Three.
Notice that the average year to
complete the Big Three is 22 years and only seven countries fit that profile.
Not even the Pageant Powerhouse Venezuela was able to do it.
The Year Interval was computed
based on the first winner that a country produced in one beauty pageant
subtracted from the latest beauty pageant that a country won within the Big
Three.
There was also a 16 year (1997 -
2012) drought among the Big Three Pageants for a country to complete the Big Three
until it was broken by Philippines in 2013. This also means to say that those
who belong to "Generation X" who happen to be within that drought
period are the "underperformer" generation.
Those countries who haven't produce "any" Winner yet among the Big Four has bigger
chances of defeating the record by this 12 countries who already completed the
Big Three and or Big Four.
Did I overlook a country on the
list? Is there an error on the table? Please let me know. And if you do have
other interpretation on the tabulation, feel free to write on the comment
below.
